Shipping & Returns

FULFILLMENT / SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed immediately upon receiving.  In some instances, orders may ship out the same day as received.  However, typical shipping occurs within one to five business days of receiving the order.

Free shipping is available in the Continental United States only.

(Free shipping is not available for recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I. etc.)

Orders may be shipped via FedEx Ground, U.S. Postal Service and other common carriers.

Rush delivery services are available for additional fees where noted in checkout process.

We ship worldwide.  International shipping charges may also include packing and handling fees. 

D A M A G E S  & HANDLING OF POSTERS

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately. Keep all packaging and contents.

Each poster print is hand selected, gently rolled, and inserted into a sturdy mailing tube.  The tubes are custom designed to hold each print firmly during shipping. 

When your poster arrives, please be sure to be careful when removing it from the tube.  The tubes are custom designed to hold the poster firmly.  The best way to remove the poster from the tube, without damaging it, is to insert two fingers (like making a “peace sign”) and gently turn / wind the poster inward (making it smaller) while gradually sliding it out of the tube.  This prevents damage to the edges.

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to your satisfaction. All sales are guaranteed.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us at your expense, and with proper proof of delivery, within 30 days of receipt of your order.  We will send you a replacement if needed, or issue you a refund (less any original shipping and handling costs). We reserve the right to also charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns.  Refunds are not applicable for damaged returns. Therefore, please be sure your order arrives in satisfactory condition, and always use a traceable method.

STERLING JEWELRY

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any sterling jewelry.  Natural tarnish can occur on any sterling silver jewelry, no matter the source.  It will naturally oxidize over time. We cannot control this natural oxidation. With proper care & cleaning, sterling silver will last for years to come.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, personal checks, and money orders (drawn on U.S. banks only). If you must pay by mail, we recommend a money order or cashier’s check. Orders paid for by personal checks will be processed when your check clears our bank.  This can take anywhere from 5 – 10 business days.

If you prefer to order by mail, please make checks or money orders payable to: RARA, LLC and mail to: PO Box 494, Bennington, VT 05201.  For posters, please be sure to specify quantity, size (Small or Large), and language (English or Italian) where applicable for each print ordered.  Vermont residents must add 6% sales tax.  Be sure to include your full name, address, telephone & email address.  By purchasing products from RARA, LLC, you agree to opt-in to emails and you may be contacted by email with an easy option to opt-out of any future emails.

CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing orders immediately once they are received.  Therefore, once an order has been placed, our return policy will apply.
